Adam Bien is keynote speaker at the JVM-Con in Cologne from November 28-29,2017. He talks about “19 Years of Rock Solid Kickass Platform aka Java EE”. Java EE is complicated, heavy and unproductive. This is especially true if you don’t want to deal with the domain (=specialist logic) and prefer to deal with patterns, latest trends and other architectural excuses. However, there is hardly anything better for “Getting Things Done” – not even for startups. #slideless session.
